Postdocs in this position will provide general individual, 集团, and couples psycho治疗 with adolescents and adults under the supervision of licensed psychologists. Postdocs will gain experience in the planned assessment rotation and will co-lead a 集团. The postdoc will also engage in a variety of process-oriented didactic seminars, 同伴支持, 并接受评估监督, 组织监督, 和个人的监督. Postdocs work four 10 hour days on Mon, Tue, Thur, Friday 8 AM – 6 PM. This will be a hybrid schedule with a combination of in office and work from home (telehealth) days. This position requires postdocs to attend to an increasing caseload over the first few months. Eligible candidates will have the willingness to put in the time and attention needed to take ownership of various requirements of this role. These include timely attention to administrative tasks and documentation turnaround, meeting quarterly productivity requirements of 219 clinical contacts (an average of 19 clinical contact hours per week), 同时学习一个新的角色, 一种新的文化, 以及临床医生社区. Two hours of weekly individual supervision is provided.
